In het nieuwe stadsgebied Nieuw Delft hebben wij, in samenwerking met Space&Matter, het winnende plan LeeuwenDeel ontwikkeld. Ons woongebouw zal op een centrale plek aan het toekomstige Van Leeuwenhoekpark liggen. Het alzijdige gebouw met maximaal 15 woningen bovenop een uitnodigende plint vormt een verbindend element tussen de bouwblokken en bewoners van Delft.

Als kleine ontwikkelaar nemen wij bewoners mee in het ontwikkelproces. Ons project wordt als Mede-Opdrachtgeverschap (MO) ontwikkeld. Hierin worden bewoners meegenomen in het ontwerpproces, wat resulteert in een hechte gemeenschap die zich verweven voelt met hun leefomgeving. Er is binnen ons duurzame ontwerp veel ruimte voor de wensen van de bewoners. Tijdens de selectiefase hebben we het plan met de buurt gedeeld om het programma en ontwerp met hun inbreng te verbeteren.

In de onderste twee lagen van ons gebouw vestigt zich bedrijvigheid en horeca. Deze ruimtes bieden een plek voor inspiratie, ontdekking en om trots te zijn op het resultaat na een ochtend of middag geconcentreerd werken. Het is een creatieve ontmoetingsplek voor kinderen, omwonenden, bezoekers en professionals die laagdrempelig kennis maken met zowel de nieuwste technieken als de oude ambachten.

In the new district of Nieuw Delft, adjacent to the central station, we developed the award-winning plan, LeeuwenDeel, in collaboration with Space&Matter. The residential building is located at a central location beside the upcoming Van Leeuwenhoekpark. This free-standing building serves as a connecting element among the building blocks and the residents of Delft.

As a small developer, it is important to us to include residents in the development process. Our project is being developed as Co-Comissioning (Mede-Opdrachtgeverschap). Here, residents are actively involved in the design process, fostering a tight-knit community deeply connected to their living environment from the beginning. The project, with up to 15 dwellings, provides residents ample space to tailor homes according to the preferences.

Further, during the selection phase, we shared the plan with the neighbourhood to improve the programme and design with their input.

The lower two layers of our building house business activities and hospitality. These spaces inspire discovery and offer a sense of pride after a focused morning or afternoon of work. It is a creative meeting place for children, local residents, visitors and professionals who can easily get acquainted with both the latest techniques and old crafts.
